Jackdaws were ‘collections of contemporary documents’ and were the idea of author John Langdon-Davies in 1963. Nearly 150 had been published before the economic crises of the 1970s brought the series to an end. I’ve been collecting the originals and decided to imagine what would the series would look like if it had continued.
